By signing up for this program, you agree and guarantee payment and your 
available means for payment of Create-A-Click©'s website creation program. 
This statement/contract does not allow nor grant you any association, 
partership or rights to Create-A-Click©, its advertisers, employees,
associate websites, liabilities, or assets.  You guarantee that you are
filling our this form for yourself, not in behalf of another individual. 
This contract is void where prohibited by law.  You must be 18 years of 
age or older to submit this form.  This form is a legal document, any and 
all forgeries, fraud, or unconsented submission of this form will result 
in legal prosecution.  When submitting this form your IP address will be recorded.

You (the purchaser) and Create-A-Click© agree to the 
following terms and conditions of each parties responsibilities.
The purchaser agrees that all scripts related to the program are 
property of Create-A-Click© and the purchaser is leasing the scripts.
The purchaser agrees not to change the scripts in anyway unless 
you receive written permission from Create-A-Click©.

Create-A-Click© recommend's the use of Create-A-Click© hosting. 
Create-A-Click© is not responsible for the actions another hosting provider 
nor the agreement between the buyer and the hosting provider.  
Create-A-Click© agrees to upload the program to a server of the 
buyer's choice however Create-A-Click© is not responsible for 
error-free set-up/operation of the program.

Create-A-Click© agrees to provide web-design for the website. 
Depending upon the which program is purchased, the seller will set-up/upload 
to server all automated interactive scripts for new member signups, 
new advertiser signups, member password recovery, member information 
changes, mass-mailing program, clickthru tracking/crediting for members, 
administration tracking change/editing pages-scripts, administration 
program change/editing pages-scripts, referral crediting/earnings/tracking 
scripts, members stats page, terms/conditions page, index page, privacy 
policy page, special offers page, member login page, banner clicking pages, 
faq page, and email confirmations to new members scripts. 
All administration pages will be password protected. All scripts/pages
will be setup error free and functioning 100% with the exception of 
using a different hosting company other than Create-A-Click©. 
Create-A-Click© agrees to provide 45 days of support for the purchaser
pertaining to the operation of the program and website.

Create-A-Click© agrees to warranty the website/program for 45 days,
without liability in regards for server errors, purchaser errors,
member errors, hackers, or other errors not directly related to 
the setup/installation of the program/website.

Create-A-Click© agrees to provide instructions to the purchaser
to allow them the ability and providing information to making
HTML changes, removal-editing-addition to tracking/member/advertiser,
and any and all server or program passwords.

Create-A-Click© has no responsibility towards the purchasers' advertisers,
members, associates, employees, or partners and is not responsible for
purchasers liabilities towards the fore-mentioned.

Create-A-Click© has no rights to any monies earned by the purchaser
nor rights to the domain name.
The purchaser agrees to the following:
The purchaser agrees to provide Create-A-Click© payment in 
full prior receiving any rights towards the program/website.

The purchaser agrees to purchase a Top-Level domain name and 
change the nameservers according to Create-A-Click©'s 
instructions so the website can point to the hosting account 
set up by Create-A-Click©.

The purchaser agrees not to hold Create-A-Click© liable for any and all 
actions performed by the purchaser both before and after the purchase 
of their program/website.

The purchaser agrees not to hold Create-A-Click© resonsible for failure
of payment from the said affiliate programs/referral programs.
Editing of any scripts, HTML documents, or server files voids any 
warranty towards the program.
The purchaser further agrees that the program scripts are copyrighted 
by the seller and are not, under any circumstance without prior 
written authorization by Create-A-Click©, resellable nor transferable.
